All labor, equipment, material, and incidentals necessary for the removal and reporting of approximately 2,000 dry tons of lime residuals from the Park Forest Water Plant and approximately 3,000 dry tons from lime sludge/residuals. Work and compliance reporting will need to be in accordance with the Village's IEPA Water Pollution Control Permit. Work shall comply with all Prevailing Wage requirements of the State of Illinois. The Village reserves the right to refuse to issue plans, bid forms, and specifications to any person, firm, or corporation that it considers to be unqualified. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Park Forest. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids, and to make such award as it may deem to be in the best interest of the Village. The contractor will be required to furnish sufficient insurance and guaranty of indemnity to the Village of Park Forest, Illinois against any and all claims which might arise for damages to persons or property due to the negligence of himself, his employees, or his agents during the performance of said contract and until said work has been fully accepted as complete by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Park Forest.
