This work consists of: 3 Village Wide Sweeps, 2 Village owned parking lot sweeps, 2 Old Plank Road Bike Trail sweeps, and Special/Emergency sweeps when requested between July 1, 2024 until June 30, 2025 No less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Department of Labor or determined by the court on review shall be paid to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under this contract. The Village of Park Forest is located in Cook and Will Counties. The Village reserves the right to refuse to issue plans, bid forms, and specifications to any person, firm, or corporation that it considers to be unqualified. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Park Forest. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids, and to make such award as it may deem to be in the best interest of the Village.
