Statement of Qualifications from Professional Engineering firms for Phase I Engineering and project management services, with the option to negotiate a contract for Phase II Design Engineering and Phase III Construction Engineering, for a Federal Aid - Urban (FAU) roadway improvement project. The firms must be familiar with, but not limited to, the standards and specifications for environmental clearance, investigating, planning, surveying, and designing of roadway projects as well as the applicable/respective Phase paperwork and procurement requirements and procedures of the State of Illinois (through the Illinois Dept. of Transportation - IDOT) and the United States Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). As of August 29, 2025, engineer not yet identified. The current time table goal is to receive Phase 1 Design approval around September 2026, Final Plans and Specifications submitted around August/September 2028, for a November 2028 Letting and 2029 Construction.
