Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Park Forest, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This work consists of: All mobilization, excavation, material, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for the replacement of 325 feet of 8" sanitary sewer with necessary tap reconnections, as well as sidewalk and pavement restoration and traffic control to complete the project. The Village reserves the right to refuse to issue plans, bid forms, and specifications to any person, firm, or corporation that it considers to be unqualified. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Park Forest. The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids, and to make such award as it may deem to be in the best interest of the Village. A bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check shall accompany all bid proposals for not less than ten percent (5%) of the bid amount.
