Renovation of an educational facility in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Technical Trades Complex HVAC Project. This project is a project constituting public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, of August 15, 1961, P.L. as amended and supplemented. Bids must be in the hands of the undersigned at the stated date and time, when bids will be electronically opened. Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking bids for a: Single prime contractor to remove and dispose of two existing chillers and five air handler units. Install two new College provided chillers and five new College provided air handler units to include extending the hot water piping system. Timeframe: Start after 13 May 2024 and completion by 31 March 2025. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond of an approved Surety Company, certified check, or cashier's check in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the proposal. The College reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding, reject any or all bids, select a single item from any bid, or accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the College.
