Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Albans, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of providing and installation of a new generator for the Department of Public Works Facility at 942 Brigham Road, Saint Albans, Vermont. The Town of Saint Albans, Department of Public Works (DPW), is looking to purchase and have installed a new generator for the DPW building located at 942 Brigham Road, in Saint Albans, Vermont. The DPW Building was constructed within the last four years and included a generator in the original design. For various reasons at the time, the generator was removed from the project. However, a concrete generator pad, automatic transfer switch inside the building, and electrical conduit from the building to the outside generator pad was installed. The town is now seeking a contractor to provide and install a generator at the DPW Facility. The work required for this project includes supplying and installing all components and materials needed to provide backup power to the Town of Saint Albans DPW Facility. All questions must be submitted by Wednesday, March 13, 2024 by 10:00 AM.
