Reference Number 0000344304 The City of Saginaw is soliciting sealed bid proposals for Hoyt Park pavement improvements with specifications as shown in bid document. Hoyt Park pavement improvements including HMA base crushing and shaping, drainage structure installation & adjustments, storm sewer installation and HMA paving. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required to perform the work specified in the contract documents.
