If you have any questions, please contact me at 517-543-1630 x207 Traffic control shall be maintained throughout the project in accordance with Sections 104.11 and 812 of the 2020 Michigan Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction, the Special Provisions, and as specified herein. Royston Road shall be closed to thru traffic during construction and detoured. School buses shall be provided access along Royston Road and through the intersection of Royston Rd and Five Point Hwy while school is in session. The Eaton Rapids School District calendar shows the last day to be June 7, 2024, and the first day is expected to be the last week in August. Full road closures and cross road trenches shall only occur between these times. The intersection of Royston Road and Five Point Highway can be closed for a maximum of one week. It must be open to traffic all other times. Lane closures will be permitted during daylight hours in excess of the one week time frame as long as traffic regulators are used.
