Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Clearfield, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Project Description: This project is located at 5th Street & C Street in Clearfield, Utah. The building is used by the Utah Department of State Records. The project consists of three exterior areas of the building site that require repairs and replacements to be made. The first area of the project is the demolition and replacement of the main buildings entrance ADA ramp and stair. The demolition will consist of the removal of the existing concrete ramp and stair, removal of existing steel hand and guard railings, removal of existing asphalt paving, removal of existing concrete curb and gutter, and removal of an existing hollow metal door and frame. A new concrete ADA ramp and stair system will be installed with new steel hand and guard railings. New asphalt will be provided with new pipe bollards, concrete wheel stops, and paint striping. New concrete curb and gutters will be installed and a new door and frame will be provided where removed. Question Deadline 03/12/2024 at 3:00 PM MT
