Site work, new construction and addition to a mixed-use development in New Tecumseth, Ontario. Working plans call for the construction of a 49,000-square-foot, two-story above grade multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Simcoe Manor and Village Redevelopment Project consists of Multiple Buildings as follows: Building F (Maintenance) 2,000 sq ft - one (1) level, steel frame; Building G (12 detached Rental Garden Homes) - 20,000 or 1,700 sq ft each, one (1) level, wood frame; Building H (Rental Townhouses) - 20,000 sq ft or 1,700 sq ft each, one (1) level, wood frame; Building J (Co-Housing) - 7,000 sq ft, one (1) level, wood frame. TIMELINE: Buildings A through E are under construction with a targeting completion in early 2027. The next phase which includes new Townhomes, Garden Homes and the Memory Care Co-Housing is scheduled to begin in spring 2026 and finish by mid 2027. Further update spring 2026. *Total project has been currently estimated between 250 - 300 million; breakdown of Phase 1 and Phase 2 are unconfirmed.
