Completed plans call for the addition of a 180,000-square-foot, three-story above grade, 34-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility; for the construction of a 301,000-square-foot, six-story above grade, 321-unit multi-residential development; and multi-residential development.

Simcoe Manor and Village Redevelopment Project consists of Multiple Buildings as follows: Building A (Long Term Care) 180,000 sq ft - three (3) levels, CIP concrete and steel framed; Building B (Village Square) 81,000 sq ft - two (2) levels, CIP concrete and steel frame; Building C (Affordable and Supportive Housing) 85,000 sq ft - six (6) levels, CIP concrete, LB masonry and steel frame; Building D (link) 8,000 sq ft - 2 levels, CIP concrete; Building E (Rental Retirement) 127,000 sq ft - 5 levels, CIP conc and steel frame; Melloul-Blamey is currently requesting Proposals for: Building Envelope - Buildings A to E only -Misc. Metals; -Ped Traffic Coating, Roofing, Spray Foam & AB, Metal Siding, Comp Panels, Fireproofing, Firestopping, Sealants; -Overhead Doors, Finish Hardware, Auto Door Ops, Aluminum & Glazing; -Drywall; -Kitchen Equipment, Garbage Chute. *Total project has been currently estimated between 250 - 300 million; breakdown of Phase 1 and Phase 2 are unconfirmed. *Construction is ongoing.
