Description Metropolitan Community College (MCC) is requesting bids from qualified Master Licensed full-time electricians to provide on-call services for all MCC owned buildings and sites that fall under the Facility Services Division of MCC. The contractor will provide electrical repairs, upgrades, installations, and replacements for components of MCC facilities and infrastructure on an as-needed basis. All questions regarding this Bid must be directed to 10:00 AM (CST), on March 4, 2024. This bid is to establish a pricing commitment for a three-year term from when the contract is fully executed, through approximately April 1, 20257 with the option for 2 extensions of one year each. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive defects and informalities in bids, to reject any or all bid, or accept any bids as may be deemed to its interest, and to award by item, combination of items or lots, and/or to cancel this bid.
