McCownGordon Construction is requesting bid proposals for the Renovation of Barney Allis Plaza, MGC Project No. 1-07-1868 located at 1220 Wyandotte Street, Kansas City, MO 64106. The following scopes of work are being solicited for bids: earthwork, site utilities, deep foundations/drilled piers, structural concrete, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, electrical safety and security, and traffic control. MBE and WBE established goals are 14% MBE and 14% WBE. The project is tax exempt. Prevailing wages will be required based on the Missouri Annual Wage Order #30.
