Description Metropolitan Community College shall contract with multiple electrical plumbing firms to provide on call services as needed. Generally, the work to be performed will include the maintenance, repair, replacement, and installation for plumbing electrical systems throughout campus. The on-call contracts will primarily be used by Facility Services Administrators/Managers/Project Managers (FS Leaders) within the Facility Services (FS) department. Delivery orders will be accomplished via MCC through the issuance of purchase orders. This bid is to establish a pricing commitment for a three-year term from when the contract is fully executed, through approximately April 1, 20257 with the option for 2 extensions of one year each.
