ANNUAL SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS furnishing Lawrence County Highway Department for a period of one year for the following supplies and materials: 1. Price per ton for Magnesium Chloride. 2. Price per ton for Asphalt Hot Mix F.O.B. supplier's plant site. 3. Price per ton for Gravel Aggregate. 4. Price per ton for De-icing Sand. 5. Price per ton for in-place Hot Mix Asphalt Paver Patching. 6. Price for Precast Concrete Culverts, Box Culverts, Bridge Beams and Deck Units. The purpose of these bids is to establish a contract to furnish the articles or commodities specified, as required by the County Highway Department. All bid prices will be legally binding from March 12th, 2024 to March 12th, 2025. Lawrence County does not guarantee the purchase of any minimum or maximum quantity during the term of the contract. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the Lawrence County Highway Department. Bid Bonds, Certified Checks or Bank Drafts may be required on certain bid items. All bids must be in a sealed envelope, and clearly marked on the outside with the item bid. All materials shall meet the South Dakota Department of Transportation Standard
