Reference Number 0000344520 Albany County is requesting sealeds bids for the Hauling and Placing of Asphalt Concrete on Various County Roads Highway Improvement as requested by the Department of Public Works. The work includes: Hauling and placing asphalt concrete on County roads in various towns throughout Albany County, or as directed by the Commissioner of Public Works, or her representative. The work site is located at: Various County Roads in Albany County his is a UNIT PRICE BID. Each proposal must be made on an official Bid Form and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid as security. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Faithful Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond each in the full amount of the contract price. *The County of Albany reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any informalities discovered therein.
