Contractor shall provide periodic inspection, test witnessing, maintenance quality control audits as requested, and additional consulting services for all Vertical Transportation Equipment, including, but not limited to, elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters, stage lifts and wheelchair lifts at the lots/locations identified in Section 2.2. Details of service not explicitly stated in these specifications, but necessarily attendant thereto, is deemed understood by the Contractor as included herein. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable laws, codes, rules, regulations, standards, and manufacturer recommendations, whichever are more stringent. The Contractor must provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and supplies to perform elevator inspection services for all lots/facilities identified herein. Contractor shall coordinate with each Facility Manager prior to performing services at each lot/facility. Location of the Contractor's office/facility/personnel that will serve this contract must be located in proximity, to ensure that the Contractor can respond within four hours to an emergency, if necessary. OGS reserves the right to adjust the schedule of services and frequencies at its sole discretion, anticipated frequencies contained herein should not be construed as a guarantee of work. All services required by this scope of work must be performed at all facilities identified in each lot included in the resultant contract(s).
