Bidders are invited to submit itemized price proposals for furnishing all work shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications for the following project: New Brighton Sanitary Sewer Replacement Various Locations The project includes the replacement of the existing sanitary sewer on Bank Street and along the railroad right-of-way and an Add Bid for replacement of sanitary sewer and a manhole at the intersection of 9th Avenue and 8th Street in New Brighton All work must be completed in 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). This project consists of a Base Bid involving the replacement of the existing sanitary sewer on Bank Street and along the railroad right-of-way and an Add Bid for replacement of sanitary sewer and a manhole at the intersection of 9th Avenue and 8th Street in New Brighton. Question Deadline 03/14/2024 All questions concerning this solicitation must be sent via email to NBSanitarySewer@widmerengineering.com no later than (5) five days prior to the due date. All work must be completed in 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check, money order or bidder surety bond in the amount specified in instructions to bidders as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. The minimum wage rates for each craft or classification of all workmen needed to perform this contract during the anticipated term hereof shall be governed by State Prevailing Wage Rates. The Borough of New Brighton reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best interest of the Borough.
