Renovation of a water / sewer project in Port Clinton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of: Removal and replacement of the existing filter media in filters 5-8 including cleaning each filter cell, replacing damaged media retaining nozzles, and backwash of each cell disinfecting media prior to use. The contract bidding documents, including plans and specifications for the Project can be found at the following designated website: The bid guaranty may be of two forms: 1. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond using the form in the Contract Documents. (The amount of the bid does NOT have to appear on this form.) 2. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in favor of Ottawa County, Ohio in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond. The Engineer's opinion of probable cost for this project is $350,000.00. QA date - 26 August 2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
