Renovation of a water / sewer project in Port Clinton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of: Removal and replacement of the existing filter media in filters 5-8 including cleaning each filter cell, replacing damaged media retaining nozzles, and backwash of each cell disinfecting media prior to use. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in favor of Ottawa County, Ohio in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond. Ottawa County reserves the right pursuant to ORC.9.312 to reject any and all bids and to waive any non-material irregularity in determining the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
