Fayetteville Public Schools ("the district") is requesting Statements of Qualifications ("Responses") to provide construction and project management services. The District intends to pre-qualify a limited number of Construction Management Firms that can provide comprehensive construction management and/or project management services for various School District construction and renovation projects. The Construction Management Company shall be required to enter into a contract with the district containing such terms as are satisfactory to the district for any specified construction and/or renovation projects. The contract shall incorporate the scope of services to be included for any specified construction and/or renovation projects as described in the CM's qualifications. Pre-qualified Construction Management Firms are not guaranteed to receive any work from the District. It should be noted the district is excluded from performing any paid work in connection with this RFQ.
