Separate sealed Bids for the procurement of the following material packages including, but not limited to all work, labor, equipment, personnel, delivery, and materials necessary to complete the requirements of the proposal documents including: 1.01 Steel Pipe 1.02 Large Diameter Valves 1.03 Small Diameter Valves 1.04 Combination Air Release Valves Once on either website, use the search function to find COF West Transmission Main Bid Package 01 . Each Bidder shall furnish a Bid guarantee equivalent to five percent (5%) of the Bid price. If a Bid bond is provided, the Contractor shall utilize a surety company which is authorized to do business in Arkansas in accordance with A.C.A. 22-9-203. All Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 days from the date Bids are opened and no Bid may be withdrawn until after the expiration date. The CMAR reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and technicalities and to accept the proposal most advantageous to the CMAR Team and City of Fayetteville. Qualifications as stated in the instructions to Bidders will be strictly enforced and any Bidder not meeting these qualifications may be disqualified. This contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, administered by the Arkansas Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Division. Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids will be subject to the requirements of the Arkansas Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Programs as described in the contract documents. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President s Executive Order 11246, as amended. The requirements for Bidders and Contractors under this order are explained in the specifications. Each Bidder must comply with the requirements, terms, and conditions of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, the Disadvantaged, Minority and Women Business Enterprise (DBE/MBE/WBE) requirements, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2014 (Public Law 113 76) including the American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirement, Labor Standards, Equal Employment Opportunity, and the Prohibition on certain telecommunication and video surveillance services or equipment provisions during the performance of this contract. The Bidder commits itself to the requirements for the participation contained herein and all other requirements, terms, and conditions of these bid conditions by submitting a properly signed Bid.
