As of May 14, 2025, project will not be awarded. No definite date for the rebid. Any questions regarding the bid specifications shall be directed via e-mail to cmegaro@norwalkct.gov no later than 2:00 PM on September 10th ,2024 In general, the scope of work entails the reconstruction of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive at Hamilton Avenue staircase, installation of new lighting, stairway snow melting system, plantings and other miscellaneous work. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including setaside (25% SBE and 6.25% M/W/DisBE) and non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO and contract compliance requirements as listed in Special Provisions. The Work Proposed Herein Must be Completed within 120 Calendars Days of Notice to Proceed. The contractor will be allowed to workthrough the Winter Shutdown period with no days counted against the 120 The selected contractor may use this period to execute the work at his discretion, but in no case will the contractor exceed this period without written authorization Bid(15%), Performance(100%), Materials & Labor(100%), Certified Check
