The City of Norwalk is resoliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Staging, Sound, Lighting, technical support, and labor for a series of special events. The intent of the City of Norwalk is to award an agreement to a single vendor for an initial contract period of three (3) years with the option for two (2) one-year extension periods. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications. The City of Norwalk has the right to reject any submission that does not meet this criteria. BID DEPOSIT REQUIRED: IF YES, AMOUNT REQUIRED YES ( X ) NO ( ) 10% SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS ONLY: PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT BOND REQUIRED: IF YES, AMOUNT REQUIRED YES ( X ) NO ( ) 100% SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS ONLY: MAINTENANCE BOND REQUIRED: YES ( X ) NO ( ) Section 3.8, Liquidated Damages, change to read Liquidated damages as defined in Article 27 of the Norwalk General Conditions for Construction will be $100.00 per day. 5.)
