The City of Norwalk Department of Recreation and Parks is interested in soliciting proposals from a qualified professional firm for the site surveys, trail designs with amenities, contract documents and bid development at Two(2) different locations as part of The State of Connecticut Capital Equipment for Parks & Rec. Urban Acts Grant DEEP Project DEPA00030. The budget for this project is $335,000.00. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications. : Identify the specific services that will be provided by your company and any other recommended services in addition to those identified herein for consideration and possible incorporation that you deem pertinent to the project. Clearly identify the name and address of all firm(s) that may be used on this project as sub-consultants, with a brief description of their qualifications with emphasis on expertise related to this project, and your prior association with them, if any. The City of Norwalk has the right to reject any submission that does not meet this criteria. Failure of the Engineer to maintain insurance coverage in accordance with the terms of the Agreement shall constitute a violation of the Agreement and shall subject the Engineer to liquidated damages in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total contract price, subject to the continued commercial availability of such insurance.
