Renovation of a mixed-use development in Arcadia, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This job requires a C39 roofing contractor's license : Per SB 854 Public Works Contractor Registration Program, as of March 1, 2015 contractors must be registered with DIR in order to bid on public works projects In Accordance with EC 17076.11, the District has a participation goal of 3 percent for DVBE for requirements. No bidder may withdraw the bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening bids.
