Agate Beach Water System Improvements Phase 3 Booster Pump Equipment/HVAC/and Electrical INVITATION FOR BIDS Engineers Estimate $425,000 (Base Bid) DISTRICT OPTION TO REJECT ALL BID PROPOSALS: The District may, at its sole discretion, reject any or all bid proposals submitted. The District shall not be liable for any costs incurred in connection with the preparation and submittal of any bid proposal. The District reserves the right to waive any informality in a submitted proposal. SCOPE OF WORK: Furnish and install a new packaged booster pump station, HVAC, standby generator, electrical, telemetry, instrumentation, security fencing, and restoration. The Work shall be physically complete within 90 calendar days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed All bidding and construction shall be performed in compliance with the Contract Provisions.
