Goal for Executed Agreement/Contract with Fence Contractor - 8/1/2024 The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, to negotiate changes in the scope of services, and to reject any or all proposals. Proposals may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Proposal due date for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Proposers prior to awarding of the contract. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to negotiate changes in the scope of services and to waive any informality as deemed in its best interest.
