Site work for a water / sewer project in Circle, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of 4 Schedules. The first schedule includes the replacement of approximately 1,890 feet of 4" AC pipe with 8" PVC pipe. Schedule 2 includes the replacement of approximately 3,550 feet of 6" AC and CIP pipe with 8" PVC pipe. Schedule 3 includes the replacement of approximately 720 feet of 4" CIP pipe with 8" PVC pipe. Schedule 4 includes the replacement of approximately 3,370 feet of 4" and 6" AC pipe with 8" PVC pipe. All pipe replacement will also include the replacement of fire hydrants and water services attached to the new main. This project is funded in part or in whole with grant/loan funding from the Montana Coal Endowment Program (MCEP), the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC), the State Revolving Fund (SRF), and the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). Question Deadline 03/22/2024 at 5:00 PM MT The quantity of pipe in Schedule 2, Bid Item 205, needs to be revised to be 1,750 feet. The quantity of Bid Items 418 and 428 in Schedule 4 needs to be revised to be 375 feet Kennedy Guardian hydrants, or approved equal, are required. The Town does not want Mueller hydrants. Water service piping shall be DR-7 HDPE. PVC water main is to be DR-18.
