Contract No. 02125 The Circle - Northwest project is a 7-mile-long resurfacing project on Secondary 252 (Horse Creek Road) beginning in Circle at the intersection with MT 200 (1st Avenue), reference post 0.0, and extending 7 miles northwest ending just before the Denwoody Creek Bridge at reference post 7.0. This project includes a mill and overlay, seal and cover, upgraded signing, delineation, and pavement markings. The purpose of the project is to extend the life of the existing pavement to provide a safer, smoother ride and reduce maintenance costs.
