Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harmony, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
** As of April 5,2024 the project was awarded to but the awarded amount is not available.** In general and pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, chapter 429, the work consists of the construction of storm sewer improvements and street construction with approximately the following quantities: o 1,050 LF of 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer Pipe o 940 LF of 8" Sanitary Sewer CIPP Rehabilitation o 2,750 LF of 6"-10" PVC Watermain Pipe o 650 LF of 12" - 18" RCP Storm Sewer o 13,400 SY of 3.5" Thick Bituminous Pavement o 6,200 CY of Common Excavation o 1,650 CY of Class 5 Aggregate Base o 3,100 CY of Class 2 Mod. Aggregate Base o 9,900 SY of Geotextile Road Fabric o 3,250 LF of Concrete Curb and Gutter Along with services, fittings, hydrants, structures, driveways, turf restoration and other items. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project.
