Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harmony, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Pre-Bid Meeting Info: No Pre bid meeting. This project is Targeted Group (TG) Economically Disadvantaged (ED) Veteran-Owned preference and has a 2% (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goal established. SUMMARY OF WORK: The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Reconstruction of approximate 2.2 miles of bituminous surfaced pedestrian trail. 2. Redecking of a 20ft span timber bridge. 3. Demolition of a timber Adirondack structure. 4. Erosion control & turf establishment. Plans and Specifications were prepared by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Contact: Yancey Stam (Project managers name). Responses received after end date and time will not be considered, even if errors or delays were caused by issues outside of responders control. All costs incurred in responding to this solicitation will be borne by the responder.
