Reference Number 0000265639 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/20 02:00:00 PM EDT The Project scope consists of: 1 The replacement of the five (5) existing gas-fired instant domestic hot water heaters with three (3) electric domestic hot water heater/tanks, and all necessary accessories. 2 Addition of mechanical room ventilation exhaust fan, including all necessary accessories. 3 Removal of gas vents existing plywood covered window, and installation of new window to match base-building standard. 4 Removal of existing sheet metal cover at existing ventilation air opening and replacement with insulated plenum panel for connection of new exhaust fan with downturned duct at exterior. 5 Electric power upgrades to serve new electric DHW boilers and all accessories. 6 Installation of expansion tank to serve domestic hot water system. 7 Relocation of piping as required accommodating new conduit runs in corridor.
