Renovation of a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for the OPS Reading Recovery Rooms - Project 2 at 3 Schools, Bid Number 24-043, in Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called the "District" in accordance with plans, specifications and Contract Documents adopted by the District, prepared by TACK Architects, Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The time clock maintained by OPS District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding. This work involves furnishing all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to prepare, plan and complete reading recovery room installations at the three (3) schools . A notice to proceed will not be issued prior to April 1, 2024; Substantial Completion of the Work shall be achieved not later than 12:00 midnight on August 15, 2024. Final Completion shall be achieved not later than 12:00 midnight on August 31, 2024.
