Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pomfret Ctr, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
We are seeking the purchase and installation of a generator to support emergency power outages at Pomfret Community School. The generator should be minimum 175 Kw, 120/208 vac, 3 phase. It should be diesel powered and have a 600 amp mainline circuit breaker, a 600 amp transfer switch, and include a 2 year warranty. We are requesting it include a 48 hour runtime fuel tank. Pricing should include installation of the unit listed above, all labor, material, site work, permits, etc. The generator will be located on the side of the building closest to the basement door access. This generator will supply backup power to the 2 kitchen panels with the ability to add an additional 200 amp of backup power in the future. No Bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the Bid opening. Pomfret Community School reserves the right to waive all formalities or to reject any or all Bids
