Description: The Department of Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Evidence Storage Room Upgrade Services, at Yuba Sutter Area Office. Bids must address all of the services described in exhibit A entitled "Scope Of Work" that is included in the Proposed Agreement forms/exhibit sections of this IFB Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Yuba Sutter Area Office, the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Evidence Storage Room Upgrade Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: California State License Board (CSLB), B-General Building Contractor B. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). C. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond (STD. 807) equal to 100 percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete the State of California, Standard Form 807, in duplicate, and submit prior to the execution of the Agreement. 2. The Services shall be performed at: Department of California Highway Patrol Yuba Sutter Area office 1619 Poole Boulevard Yuba City, CA 95993 Question Deadline 03/28/2024 at 10:00 AM PT
