Report and repair anomalies in mechanical systems, namely abnormal vibrations, leaks, abnormal noises, overheating of bearings, etc. Check the solidity of the anchors, supports, and frame of the device, the condition of the belts, motors, pulleys, direct couplings and remedy the situation if necessary. Check the operation of shutters, manual or motorized valves, etc. Adjust, oil and grease the belts as necessary. Inspect and clean all screens, coils and heating/cooling exchangers. Repair, clean and replace heat pumps. Replace, understand the operation and install controllers of mechanical equipment. Carry out the seasonal start-up/shutdown of certain equipment including cooling towers.
