This project will complete Sarival Avenue from Cactus Road to Waddell Road to its ultimate cross section and extend Sweetwater Avenue from its current east termini at the existing Sarival Avenue to the new ultimate Sarival Avenue alignment. The project will include curb, gutter, sidewalk, medians, drainage improvements, streetlights, and landscaping. The project will also require new water (EPCOR) and sewer (City) improvements along each of the Sarival Avenue and Sweetwater Avenue alignments. The railroad crossing improvements will include new signal and gates and concrete crossing panels. The project is include in the City of Surprise's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
