1. Install and set one Electrical Meter and Meter Box feeding a 100 Amp Sub-Panel. (Exact location for both TBD) In that sub-panel provide 4 - 20amp Circuit Breakers, one each circuit for each item below: o Gate Actuator Controllers o User Interface Kiosk o Lighting for LED Lamps o Power Source for Cellular Router and Sprinkler Controller (Router and Sprinkler Controller provided by property owners) 2. Trench and install adequate electrical conduit and conductors in compliance with PG&E. Green Book specifications from 100amp Main (already in existence) to the Meter Box. The distance between 100 amp Main and Meter Box will be approximately 30 feet. 3. Install adequate electrical conduit and conductors between the meter box/ sub-panel and the entrance gate to provide the four circuits indicated above. (Distance approximately 60 feet.) 4. Install 2 pads of concrete 2'x2'x2' with concrete foundation reinforced with 1/2 " rebar. (For gate operator motors) Bids Exceeding $25,000 are required to have payment and performance bonds, each for 100% of the project price. The County reserves the right to cancel this IFB process, reject all submitted Bids or parts therof, or reissue a new IFB at any time. In addition, the County reserves the right to waive any informalities, minor irregularities, technical defects, clerical errors, or deviations from the requirements or specifications of an IFB that are included in any Bid Question Deadline 03/22/2024 at 11:00 AM PT
