Questions received after that time will not be answered. Answers to those questions will be provided and uploaded to this advertisement by Tuesday, March 19, 2024. Project Estimated start date: After the approval of New York State AG & Conptroller, and on-site work after May 20, 2024. This is a Prevailing Wage Project - Schedule PRC#2024002112 Project estimated value is between $400,000 and $500,000. There will be no contact regarding this procurement with anyone other than Susie Cobb at cobbsm@potsdam.edu Successful contractor shall be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability forms. In addition, the contractor will be required to complete and submit documents related to NYS Finance Law j&k and Public Officers law. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 2.85% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 1.85% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 2.66% Contract term: 6 months *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
