This Contract provides for the improvement of various City of Lynnwood curb ramps and sidewalks by cement concrete sidewalk, curb ramps, pedestrian push buttons and pedestrian signals, raised pavement markers, paint line, plastic pavement markings and other Work along Alderwood Mall Parkway, 33rd Avenue W and 72nd Avenue W, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. All Bids shall be based upon compliance with the Project Manual (including, without limitation, the Contract Plans and Specifications). The estimated cost range for this project is $745,000 to $915,000. The project shall Physically completed within 30 working days of the Notice to Proceed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City of Lynnwood expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities, and to award the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder. Bidder Proposals shall remain valid for forty-five (45) days after the actual date of Bid Opening.
