Baseball Turf Project for the 2023-2024 school year. The Highlands School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and award in any manner deemed by it, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interests of Highlands School District. Installation of certain products purchased under the contracts may be subject to PA Prevailing Wage Law. Delivery must occur on or before June 30th, 2024. The work shall consist of the following: New artificial turf baseball infield with a complete installation. This includes turf, installation supplies, product installation, mobilization, and freight charges. Additionally, this includes excavation and removal, perimeter boards, stone base prep, drainage installation, final grading and compaction, and the option to add a concrete curb surrounding the new artificial turf baseball infield.
