Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kennewick, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project is for upgrades to the existing Bonnie and Belfair Lift Station located at 7322 W. Bonnie Ave, including the installation of a new valve vault, two new submersible wet well pumps, relining the existing wet well, selective electrical and control upgrades, and various site improvements including two new sewer manholes, concrete curb, asphalt, and bollards. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Kennewick.
