Renovation of a mixed-use development in Richfield, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project includes the following Work: Installing concrete foundation, septic system, and culinary water service connection. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner will reject the Bid of any Bidder that Owner finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to not be responsible. No pre-bid conference will be held. The last day for questions shall be March 8th, at 3:00 PM. All questions shall be asked via the U3P website. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated U3P website.
