**As of June 13, 2024, project was awarded to Tushar Contracting but awarded amount is not available.** Nonresidential building construction services including commercial and office building new construction services and construction services and renovation and repair services Industrial refrigeration including industrial refrigerators and industrial freezers and ice makers Industrial building and warehouse construction services including new industrial building construction services and remodeling services and industrial plant construction services, tank installation and removal and disposal and related services This project consists of a (3,500 sq. ft.) metal building extension to the existing concrete Sevier School district warehouse building.This project includes the addition of a new freezer unit inside of the metal building. The project will be a metal building, with mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire sprinkling systems Project Location: Sevier School District Warehouse, 1626 N UT-118, Richfield, UT 84701 Construction Documents and Scope Sheets (proposal form) must be used for bidding this project and will be provided by KMA Architects. The Board reserves the right to accept any or reject any or all proposals, or waive any informality in a proposal. All questions must be submitted by 05/10/2024 at 5:00 PM MT
