The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide Utah Department of Transportation Region 4 is requesting procurement bids for sign improvements at multiple locations. The scope of the project encompasses various signs including: speed limit signs, passing lane advance notice 1 mile and 1/2 mile ahead signs, no passing when oncoming traffic is in either lane signs, grade signs, and guide signs. This contract will result in one contract award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Length of the Contract: Work must be completed by December 31st 2024 Issuing Procurement Unit, Conducting Procurement Unit, and Solicitation Number The UDOT Procurement Services Division is the issuing procurement unit and Region 4 is the conducting procurement unit for this IFB (referred to as "the State"). The reference number for this IFB is Solicitation # UDOT240314CN This solicitation number must be referred to on all bids, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the State relating to this IFB.
