Renovation of a mixed-use development in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of work includes, This bid will be for window replacement and application of film on all exterior doors that have acrylic panes only installed in them. The windows will be replaced with glass to include the vandalism resisting film listed. Questions or requests for clarification of technical issues and terms pertaining to this Bid must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Vanessa Ketcher at ketchervm@scsk12.org by March 6, 2024 @ 1:00 PM CST The anticipated terms of this contract shall be up to (1) year. The work shall begin after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated start time is 04/01/2024. Substantial completion date is 06/15/2024 and a final completion date of 06/30/2024. Liquidated damages for this project are as follows: $500.00 /per day substantial completion deadline missed, and $500.00/per day completion deadline missed. Bidders are required to submit a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total estimated contract amount for each individual school location, as determined by SCBE and specified in the IFB The successful Bidder(s) will be required to submit a performance and/or labor bond, Cashiers or Certified Check in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total estimated contract amount for each individual school location,
