The Township of Spallumcheen (ToS), is seeking to engage with a competent Contractor and foster a collaborative problem-solving culture, early in the design process, in order to resolve key constructability challenges and minimize scope uncertainty in the design phase prior to entering into Construction. The RFP will undertake a Construction Management approach and is generally for the following Work: Installation of 3,350 meters of 250 mm water main and appurtenances. 250 linear meters of asphalt road restoration. 960 linear meters of gravel road restoration.
