Approximate quantities include 5,798 l.ft. of sewer lining, of 8 inch diameter, minor manhole rehabilitation, plus other work to make a complete project. Bids are firm, and no bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after opening of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals, to waive any irregularity in any of the bid proposals submitted, and to accept any proposal which it shall deem to be the most favorable to the interest of the City.
