Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Waterbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Work includes the following major items a. Installation and maintenance of sediment and erosion and stormwater control measures in preparation for soil remediation activities. b. Excavation and disposal of the top four feet of contaminated soil across the entire site. c. Excavation and disposal of additional contaminated soil from future utility trenches. d. Backfilling and compaction excavations. e.
